I do enjoy drinking diet pepsi over drinking diet coke but it seems like I get flat pepsi products way more than coca cola. Even the best buy date on the boxes was still good buDisappointing.

3 different vendors said I need to contact pepsi dorectly.

I haven't received any kind of a response from the company and it's been over a week. Dissapointing.

I called the customer service representative and he got a maintainence guy the same day; unfortunately, his work ended up coming undone in the night. I had to remove the front casing myself to rescure the tab on top of that silver cylinder in order to make it normal again.

now it works. thanks pepsico ;D

The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful. I bought 5 12 pks of your product and two of them (so far-haven’t used them all) had cans in it that were empty. She took the information off the can I had and offered to send coupons for the in inconvenience and for the missing product.

It's been a couple of months and I still have not received my coupons because of my defected product. Mind you 2 24 pks i purchased were damaged and they said they were sending out 1 coupon . Never received it. It happened again. Bought another case of Pepsi and again damaged Pepsi cans . I call again to tell Pepsi and I'm not sure what they are doing about it.
