I am owner of a 24/7 gym. We recently bought the gym back in June/July last year.

It had a Pepsi machine that didnt work when we bought it. At the time the product was bought by the gym owner. I contacted the rep named Gary Parsons. He met with me and gave me a couple of options and we both agreed that the best option was to it turn into a Pepsi stocked machine and we would receive around cents of every dollar that was put into it.

Around July/August last year a guy came out and stocked the machine and changed out the locks on the money box. He never addressed the major problem I and Gary talked about that was to fix the dollar bill taker and also he said he would install a debit card taker. None of that was done and so no product was. able to be purchased.

I have emails from September of last year all the way up to a week or two ago trying to get Gary to send someone to fix the issue. A couple of days ago our front desk person emailed me and said someone has stolen the machine from the gym. I looked back on video (we have over 50 cameras in the gym) and a Pepsi employee came into the gym and removed the machine.

My first thought was to contact the police. After thinking about it, I wanted to give Pepsi an opportunity to speak to why an employee would enter our gym without permission and remove anything without permission while we have been emailing and calling since September to get the issue resolved.

If we dont get a reply in the next couple of days I dont see any other option than contacting the local authorities about the unlawful breaking and/or entering of our business and possibly removal of equipment.

We had a few hundred dollars of change and currency in the machine. Thats theft. Gary never nor did the guy that came out to stock it never gave us our money back before stocking it. Also we never got back the product that was in the machine when the guy came by to stock it with Pepsis products.

That was a few hundred dollars of product. I dont know how thats not considered theft if it isnt refunded or compensated promptly.

Im just baffled why such a huge company like Pepsi would stand for an employee or employees making these type of Decisions and possibly criminal acts.

I paid almost 10 dollars for 12pk and half were flat and this means i paid almost 10 for a 6 pack. I really like your product but this is the third time so i finally said enough is enough. Dollar general didnt care what about you?

Expired Coupons Received via Canada Post

Dear Quaker/PepsiCo Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident I recently experienced with some coupons I received through Canada Post for Quaker brand PepsiCo products.

On December 31 2023, I received a package from Canada Post which contained a set of coupons for Quaker products.

However, upon inspection, I discovered that all the coupons had already expired. This situation caused me significant embarrassment when I tried to redeem them at Shoppers drug Mart The store employees were unable to accept the expired coupons, and I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated.

As a loyal customer of Quaker and PepsiCo, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the value they provide. However, this incident has left me feeling let down and inconvenienced. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be resolved amicably.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue.

I know u have no sugar wild cherry Pepsi but I heard they were gonna stop making regular diet wild cherry Pepsi, dont do that if it is true. In small town of owosso Michigan, it is one of the biggest movers u have. I usually have to travel from service stations to mini marts and sometimes I get lucky and find a few bottles. Ur other Pepsi products are great but I enjoy diet wild cherry Pepsi . Keep me posted and keep it going. I have no other complaints except for this one, so keep up the good work. Thank you

Moldy chip replacement

I bought moldy boxes of single multipack chip packs and the Fritos were moldy and clumped together. They sent me 8 coupons to replace the products 4 manufacture coupons good for any frito lay product and 4 x $1.00 off any frito product. I just received them in the mail and they are expired 3/31/24and now PepsiCo.com will do nothing!

User's recommendation: Instead of contacting Pepsi about one of their products that were bad- just chalk it up to the companies garbage and stop buying it! I could have sued them for students eating bad food but I called them and let them know what product was Bad! Shame on them NOT just making the product right! I wonder how many other children have ate molded potato chips in their school lunch box! When an adult doesn’t look what’s inside first!

I received eight expired coupons in the mail, this state of expiry I received them from Canada post I went to the store, tried to use them and I was told they were expired. I looked at expired date, and sure enough they were expired. Im very unsatisfied, and would like to receive.
